How to request help

Contact WhatsApp +52 449 576 7181 and provide the email used at checkout, purchase date and a description of the problem. You may include a receipt or transaction reference, concealing unnecessary banking details.

Do not send your full card number, security code, passwords or access codes. We will first verify the transaction and explain the applicable solution.

Purchase and delivery terms

1. Digital product

You are purchasing the 183-page English PDF ebook described on the sales page. No physical book will be sent. Review the description and contents before buying.

2. Price and payment

The base price is 15 United States dollars (USD), paid once. This is not a subscription and creates no recurring charges. Stripe displays the final amount and currency before confirmation. If a local-currency option is offered, review its amount before accepting. Your bank may charge fees or convert currency, including when paying from a South African rand account.

Stripe processes payment details. This website and its delivery system do not receive or store your full card number or security code.

3. Email delivery

Delivery begins automatically once Stripe confirms successful payment. Pending or declined payments do not trigger delivery. Use a valid email at checkout and check your spam or junk folder.

You will receive a private download link that expires 72 hours after it is issued. Download and save a copy of the PDF. Link expiry does not delete the copy you saved. For access problems, contact us on WhatsApp so we can verify your purchase.

4. Reading and use

Read the PDF on a phone, tablet or computer with a compatible reader. Your purchase is for personal use and does not authorise resale, redistribution or publication of the file.

5. Educational scope

This is an educational guide for reflecting on beliefs and habits related to money. It is not investment advice or a financial service, and it guarantees no income, prosperity or financial results.

6. Problems and rights

Duplicate charges, defective files and delivery problems are addressed under our refund policy. These terms do not restrict mandatory rights under applicable law.

Full privacy notice

English edition updated: 24 October 2026.

1. Responsible person and contact

Luis Alfredo Romero Jimenez, trading as Guías Prácticas 360, is responsible for processing personal data related to the sale and delivery of the ebook on this website.

Address: calle Arroyo 306, colonia Lomas del Chapulín, Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, postal code 20263, Mexico.

For privacy matters and buyer support: WhatsApp +52 449 576 7181. You may also submit written requests at the address above.

2. Data processed

Full card details and security codes are processed by Stripe and are not stored on this website or in its delivery system. We do not request health information to sell or deliver the ebook. Answers you write in your downloaded PDF are not sent to the delivery system.

3. Necessary purposes

Processing and verifying purchases; emailing private links and enabling downloads; handling delivery or file problems; reviewing duplicate charges and refunds; preventing abuse and unauthorised access; retaining transaction evidence and meeting legal obligations. Automatic delivery requires the purchase email and payment confirmation.

4. Additional advertising and measurement purposes

Measuring visits, guide views, checkout starts and purchases to evaluate and improve Guías Prácticas 360 advertising on Meta. After Stripe confirms a purchase, the system sends Meta the event, amount, currency and reference, together with the email converted to a SHA-256 hash. This is not a readable email address, but it may enable Meta to match it to an account; hashing does not make the data anonymous.

You may object to these additional uses by sending a WhatsApp request with the subject “Privacy: objection to advertising and measurement”. Include the purchase email if your request concerns a purchase. Refusing additional purposes will not result in refusal of the product or purchase support. Purchasing alone will not result in promotional messages.

5. Providers and data sharing

We use technology providers that may process data inside or outside Mexico:

Providers may process data on behalf of the responsible person or act independently for their own services, as applicable. Transfers requiring consent are subject to applicable consent requirements; necessary disclosures for fulfilling a purchase or legal obligation follow applicable legal exceptions. Meta advertising is an additional purpose to which you may object. Data may also be disclosed to authorities under a valid legal obligation or request.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to record activity and relate it to advertising. Stripe and WhatsApp may use their own technologies when you access their services. You may block or delete cookies in your browser's privacy settings and manage advertising preferences in Meta. Blocking browser cookies does not erase earlier records or constitute a request to delete purchase data; use the privacy contact above for those requests.

7. Access, correction, deletion and objection

You may request access, correction, deletion or objection concerning your personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, or request limits on its use or disclosure through WhatsApp or by writing to the responsible person's address. State your name, preferred reply channel, relevant data or purchase, the right you wish to exercise and a clear description of your request. For corrections, describe and support the requested change.

Before information is disclosed or changes made, your identity or authority to represent someone else will be checked using only necessary information through an appropriate channel. Do not post identity documents or banking details in public comments. Requests will be addressed within the periods and conditions required by applicable law. Withdrawal is not retroactive, and retention obligations or third-party rights may limit some requests.

8. Retention and protection

Processing is limited to the purposes described. Records are retained for as long as necessary for delivery, resolving problems and legal obligations, then restricted and deleted as appropriate. Safeguards include HTTPS, restricted delivery-panel access and private links with expiry dates. No system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this notice

Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Where a change requires further notice or consent, the applicable process will take place before the new processing begins.
